Detailed Description: He has long, unkempt blonde hair and slate-blue eyes. He is caucasian, and stands about 6'3". When human, he wears a gold-colored T-shirt and blue jeans. He also wears sneakers and a pendant on a chain. The pendant is a claw holding an orange marble that looks as though it's on fire.
He is not mentally stable; he has the intellectual capacity to be a straight-A student, and can be brilliant in lucid moments. However, his personality disorder clashes with academic environments, and he does very poorly in school.
Power: Shapeshifting. He looks mostly human by default. Once his powers activate, he will have a V-shaped bony fin going behind his head and ears added to his main form. It has bony green spines with a yellow membrane going between them. The apex is at the crown of his head, and the points are behind the corners of his jaw. He has a pair of bone horns going back from his head alongside the top of his crest. He usually has a long green tail with a very large arrowhead-shaped tip. His body tends to simply switch between a common set of parts, although they may be arranged in a variety of different ways; these form some sort of dragon, invariably. When fully or partially in dragon form, he can breathe a napalm-like fire. Currently, it's not hot enough to burn anything, it just gives off light. Nobody's sure why.

He has amber colored eyes and gleaming white teeth. He is Latin and has a slight accent. He normally wear his uniform but occasionaly will wear a t-shirt to 'show-off'.
